Return & Refund Policy
At Horseshoe Nail Cross, every cross is individually handcrafted from genuine horseshoe nails after your order is placed. Because each item is custom made specifically for you, our return policy differs from that of retailers selling mass-produced products.
Custom-Made Products
All of our products are handmade to order.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Personal preference
- Buyer's remorse
- Normal variations that naturally occur in handcrafted products
Each Horseshoe Nail Cross is unique, and slight differences in shape, texture, finish, color, and the natural characteristics of the horseshoe nails are part of the handcrafted nature of every piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our workshop.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping package (if damage occurred during shipping)
This information helps us evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Resolution
If we determine that an item arrived damaged or that we made an error in fulfilling your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Repairing the item
- Replacing the item
- Issuing a refund
- Another mutually agreed-upon resolution
The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the specific circumstances of your order.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund results from our error or a product that arrived damaged.
