Handmade Products
Every Horseshoe Nail Cross is individually handcrafted from genuine horseshoe nails after your order is placed.
Because each item is handmade, slight variations in shape, texture, color, finish, and the natural characteristics of the horseshoe nails are to be expected. These variations are not defects—they are part of the unique character and authenticity of each handcrafted piece. No two items are exactly alike.
Product photographs are intended to represent the overall style and craftsmanship of each item. Because every cross is handmade, the item you receive may differ slightly from the photographs shown on our website.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If payment has already been received for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store your complete payment card information.
Production Time
Each Horseshoe Nail Cross is handcrafted after your order is placed.
Most orders are completed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days.
Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary during holidays, periods of high demand, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal services.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Horseshoe Nail Cross is individually handcrafted and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.
